Masterplan
The physical structure of the Corporate Hub and the Campus.
Concept
A network, not a plot
The masterplan translates the Method into space. The existing village is already a network of buildings, squares, paths and landscape to connect — not land to replace.
Masterplan
The Main Plaza
Greenery, trees, water, shade, a bar and space for events. It has to work on an ordinary day too.
The Main Hub
It concentrates the shared functions. Offices stay spread across different buildings and flow in here: no single block, and the building stock recovers step by step.

The elements
What the campus is made of
Housing
Apartments within walking distance of the campus: recovering what exists, affordable rents, new units only where needed.
Families
Homes close to childcare, school, sport and green space. Family logistics become a competitive advantage.
Mobility
Priority to walking, micromobility, peripheral parking and electric. Efficient links, without a campus ruled by cars.
Energy and water
Buildings assessed as one system: photovoltaics, storage, heat pumps, load management and rainwater recovery.
Spatial phases

- 05
Energy
Integrated energy infrastructure at campus scale.
Every intervention must produce economic, social and environmental value together.
We are not rebuilding the past.
We are building a place where technology and history coexist, work sustains the community, and the territory generates opportunity again.
