Every figure in this row is measured off the public cadastral dataset, not stated in a project document: these are real Agenzia delle Entrate boundaries, projected to metres. The last tile is empty because the ground survey — condition, ownership, willingness — exists and is not publishable.

The sheet

443 parcels, and a village you can cross on foot

The Masterplan sets one spatial rule — everything within a reasonable walking radius — and never says what that radius is: in the project data the distance is still to be determined. This sheet is the only real geometry the project has, so it is the only thing that can measure it. Pick a parcel and the drawing answers: from here, this is the village around you.

Distances are straight lines between parcel centroids, not routes along streets: Salvitelle is on a slope, so the real walk is longer. Minutes assume a 5 km/h pace and are an order of magnitude, not a measurement. Areas are geodesic, computed from the polygon: they are the graphic area of the cartographic parcel, not the official superficie catastale.

What is actually known

Surveyed, being checked, unknown

Surveyed

Public data, extracted and re-checked against the polygon. Every number on this page comes from here.

  • Real boundaries of 443 parcels, projected to metres
  • Geodesic area of each, from 9 to 1,579 m²
  • Measured distances between any parcel and every other
  • Land cover and market band for the sheet
Target

Being checked

The work under way, which the cadastre cannot do: which parcels are genuinely candidates, and on what terms.

  • Which buildings are recoverable, and with what intervention
  • Who the owners are and whether they would sell
  • Planning and landscape constraints on candidate parcels
  • What reaches them: fibre, energy, access
To be determined

Not publishable

The longest column, and not through neglect. This data exists in an acquisition dossier the pipeline refuses to export: a particella is a public key into the cadastre, so “number 3 is a ruin whose owner would sell” names a household to anyone willing to look it up.

  • Owners' names, ages and contact details
  • Willingness to sell
  • Surveyed condition of each building
  • Rateable values and per-property figures

From ground to project

Why a cadastral sheet is on this site

The cadastre is not a technical appendix: it is the first link. Without knowing what exists and in what condition, every number that follows — cost, capacity, return — is a well-written guess.

  1. 01Territory
  2. 02Candidate buildings
  3. 03CorporateHUB programme
  4. 04Companies settled
  5. 05Shared infrastructure
  6. 06Local economic value

The territory identifies candidate buildings; candidate buildings feed the CorporateHUB programme; the programme settles companies; companies justify the shared infrastructure; the infrastructure produces local economic value.
