Who carries the project
People
The project is a preliminary concept. The documents define the four actors the model runs on, not the people who stand for them: this page lists the seats one after another and says plainly which are still unfilled.
Structure of the model

Every row is a role the project documents define. The portrait stays a drawing until there is a photograph to publish, and the heading stays the role until there is a person to name.

Land, public assets, permits and coordination. It is the body that holds the project together, and the address every enquiry reaches.

Corporate Hub Operator
Economic management, buildings, contracts, services and company scouting. It is what makes the hub work day to day: the documents define it as a role, not as a company that already exists.

Owners and funders of the buildings. They are the ones putting forward the underused houses and premises the model turns into productive infrastructure.

The companies the ecosystem serves: the teams that choose to open an operating base in Salvitelle. There are no clients yet, and no logo appears anywhere on this site.

None of the five project documents names an individual. The badge on each row says exactly that: the role is defined, whoever holds it is not. As with the economic figures, we would rather publish the gap than fill it in.
